Usually, yes. Most CRM, accounting, e-commerce and operations platforms have APIs. We only recommend replacing a system when integration would cost more over time.

Should we use Zapier or a custom integration?

Use Zapier or Make for simple, low-volume flows. Choose a custom integration when volumes are high, data is sensitive or failures are costly. We set up both and tell you which fits.

Will operations be disrupted?
